New Build Project

This project focused on enhancing both comfort and character within a beautifully finished high-end living space. At its core was the installation of a dedicated underfloor heating system, powered by its own electric boiler — providing efficient, zoned warmth independent of the main heating network.

To complement the modern underfloor system, we also integrated four traditional cast iron radiators into the property’s existing heating setup. This carefully balanced approach not only delivered functional upgrades, but also added a timeless aesthetic that tied in perfectly with the overall interior design.

The result is a space that feels as good as it looks — warm, refined, and built for everyday comfort with a nod to classic design.
