House Renovation Project

This long-term project has been a truly rewarding one, showcasing the transformation of a charming old cottage into a beautifully modernised home — all while retaining its original character.

From our very first visit to the site, it’s remarkable to see how far the property has come. Thoughtful reuse of original features, including select materials and fittings, has helped preserve the soul of the building while bringing it up to modern standards.

Our scope of work included:

• Installation of a full heating system, incorporating original cast iron radiators to maintain period charm

• Complete first fix to all bathrooms and en suites

• Installation of a new gas run to support updated services

• Full bathroom installations, blending traditional and contemporary elements

Working closely with the client and other trades throughout the process, we’re proud to have played a key role in bringing this renovation to life. With just the finishing touches from other trades remaining, the project stands as a perfect example of how old and new can coexist seamlessly when executed with care and craftsmanship.
