Commercial Leak Project

This project involved the replacement of a leaking 35mm secondary return pipe for one of our long-standing commercial clients. The works were carefully scheduled to take place outside of standard office hours, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily operation of the business.

Upon inspection, multiple leaks were identified along the line, primarily due to corrosion over time. Our team carried out a full section replacement, utilising crimped fittings to avoid the need for hot works – an ideal solution in active commercial environments where safety and downtime are key considerations.

Following the pipework replacement, we completed the job with professional lagging, both to reduce heat loss and to maintain consistency with the existing insulation throughout the plant room.

In addition to the pipework, we also addressed other maintenance needs within the building, including the replacement of faulty Saniflo units, ensuring all systems were left in full working order.

As always, the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, delivering a reliable solution for our client with minimal interruption to their operations.
