Boiler Replacement Project

This project centred around the urgent replacement of an existing boiler which had begun leaking gas — a potentially dangerous fault requiring immediate attention. After a thorough assessment, it was determined that a full replacement was necessary to restore both safety and efficiency within the home.

Due to the boiler’s location in the centre of the property, the installation required a vertical flue solution, complete with weatherproof flashing and a condense pump to manage drainage effectively.

The routing of the flue through the loft space demanded careful planning; our engineers ensured it was securely clipped and supported throughout to meet regulatory standards and ensure long-term reliability.

In addition, all required roofing alterations were carried out by our own team, eliminating the need for third-party contractors and enabling a faster, more streamlined process.

The result was a safe, fully operational heating system delivered with minimal disruption and a swift turnaround — leaving the customer with complete peace of mind.
