Fire Station Project

We’re proud to be reaching the final stages of commissioning on this exceptional fire station project, where we were responsible for delivering the complete mechanical package as part of a wider M&E solution.

This has been a standout job for our team, not only due to the scale and complexity, but also the excellent collaboration with our partners at Total Electrical — a pleasure to work alongside from start to finish.

Our scope of works was extensive, covering a full mechanical upgrade across the facility, and tailored to meet both operational and future-proofing needs. Key elements included:

• Installation of a high-efficiency air source heating system

• Full fit-out of bathroom and utility areas

• Comprehensive air conditioning throughout the building

• Design and installation of a new ventilation system

• Rerouting of mains services to suit the revised layout

• Professional decommissioning of all existing commercial gas installations

• Installation of new drainage infrastructure

• Setup and commissioning of a booster pump system

Despite working within tight spatial constraints and adapting to evolving design requirements, our team provided early-stage input during drawing reviews — helping to shape a solution that worked both on paper and on site. The result is a modern, energy-efficient facility, built with long-term performance and resilience in mind.
